At Luna & Maeve, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand there may be occasions to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.
Return Conditions
- 
You may request a return only after you have physically received the product.
 - 
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage or customs fees.
 - 
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
 - 
Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing/using it is not.
 - 
It is not permitted to intentionally order multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.
 
How to Return
- 
Send your return request by email to contact@toronto-lunamaeve.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
 - 
You will receive the return address from our supplier (located in China).
 - 
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable duties and postal charges.
 - 
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
 
Refunds
- 
Once the return is received at the return address and the item’s condition is verified, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
 
Liability
- 
We are not responsible for lost shipments if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
 - 
If the provided address is incorrect, responsibility lies with the customer.
 - 
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
