Luna & Maeve is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing personal styling advice and creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional style advice.

• Assist customers in choosing the right size and fit to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Support daily store operations such as restocking and checkout.

• Answer customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service both in-store and over the phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

• A true passion for fashion, with good knowledge of trends and personal style.

• Ability to offer personalized styling advice and build customer confidence.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied hours.
